Doccaster helps event organizers put more attendees in seats and exhibitors on the floor by arming them with the information to enhance and showcase their event's value. Through the dashboard, organizers can view data on activities happening before, during and after their event. Organizers can also deploy our web-based event app called EventLocker.me which collects data on attendee and exhibitor activities, including lead generation, check-ins, and attendee engagement.
Because you need a robust event app and would like to put more attendees in seats and exhibitors on the floor!
The Eventlocker.me is a fully functional web-based event app that attendees can use from the browser of any mobile device. Our web-based app includes, attendee check-in, event schedule, file sharing, attendee profiles, private messaging, commenting, and lead generation. Additionally, we collect data for you on all these activities and display it in your dashboard.
You can password protect events, folders and documents.
Although we highly recommend you share your content in pdf format, you can also use these other formats:
Word
PowerPoint
Excel
Jpeg
Currently, the maximum size of a file you can upload is 100MB
An exhibitor or attendee can log into EventLocker.me to see who's engaging their content. They can go to “Buy Leads” to view the number of views and downloads their document has received. Sharers can also get a more detailed view by purchasing their leads. Once purchased, we'll show them great information, such as the persons name, company, title, location, and more!
Simply give out your event's unique Eventlocker.me url or have them go to eventlocker.me to search for your event. Once attendees and exhibitors are checked-in, they can upload content anytime. From your dashboard, you have the ability to approve or disapprove any upload.
For desktop, we support the following major browsers:

Eventlocker uses location to show the events that are near an attendee. If their mobile device is not locating them, have them do the following:
iPhone and iPad Users
Check that your devices AND Safari location services are turned on in your “Location” settings. Once turned on, restart Doccaster in a new screen.
If you are using Chrome on an Apple device, please be aware that Google and Apple sometimes don’t play well together. Our recommendation is to always launch Doccaster in Safari on Apple devices.
Android Users
Turn on your GPS or Wifi
Window and Blackberry Users
It's hard for us to locate on these devices but the attendee should still be able to search for the event.
